Candidate needs to be a BE/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed institute. Any management degree or post graduation would be an added advantage. 2+yrs years of relevant experience and must have proven expertise in respective technologies. Should have good understanding of architecture and design. Effective written and oral communication skills are vital requirements for the candidature to be considered. Exposure to CMM/CMMI/ISO standards is desirable. Responsibilities will include leading a small team of 2 or 3 people in the development of software modules, documentation, QA co-ordination and Unit/Integration testing.

  • Responsible for Pre sales and Post sales activities.
    1. Pre Sales:
      1. Understand company current businesses and domains.
      2. Find new business avenues for existing domains.
      3. Making proposals with help of Tech Head/AM and PM.
      4. Close Deals.
      5. Work on the commercial aspects of the project with the help of Finance Head and CEO.
      6. Prepare Branding materials for GMI with help of Designers and Content writers.
      7. Look after International marketing and Internet Marketing activity.
    1. Post sales:
      1. Once the Project starts manage client communications in case there are issues the client faces with the interfaces provided by GMI.
      2. Build long term relations with client for future projects.
      3. Manage client change requests and update the project budget based on the same. This will be in case the client doesn't accept the change request suggestions from the Development team.
      4. Monitor project timelines from time to time.
      5. Project closure activity and making marketing collaterals after project closure. Like case studies and client feedback forms.
      6. Making Branding material for the company marketing with help of Designer and Content writer.
