Cyril has brought in systems and procedures in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Administration. Cyril is actively involved in the GMI's healthy growth in last 6 years. His experience ranges from handling business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, joint ventures, facilitation of both inbound and outbound investments and treasury management. He currently handles commercial aspects of contracts, monitoring financial performance of the projects and utilization of resources in the organization. Cyril is an excellent singer, forming an integral part of his church's choir group. Western classics are his likings, with "U Fill up my senses" being his all time favorite.

Jayesh established a process oriented delivery track at GMI to efficiently execute outsourcing assignments from global clients. He designed UAD Mantra, a tailor made internal process on SEI-CMMi level principles to give quality touch to GMI solutions. His expertise in executing and delivering large-scale international projects empowers GMI to cater international fortune 2000 conglomerates. Jayesh plays a pivotal role in designing GMI's Entertainment solutions offering mix and technology acquisitions to strengthen GMI's competence mix. He has penned number of technical white papers, articles and research papers. He is an avid reader and loves to explore new technologies and get updated. Athletic and sporty Jayesh spends his free time exploring adventurous trekking spots in addition to serving as the unofficial leader of GMI’s biker club.

Prasad is a passionate believer in people contributing to the Organization, having led HR strategies from the front.
