On 11th of March 2000, six young IT professionals constituted to follow their dream and determination. During Introspection, GMI Re-christened to "GMI Technologies Pvt Ltd" as a registered business house. Technology acquisitions and synergetic teamwork enabled GMI to build a competent technology team. At end of Introspection phase, GMI was ready to cater Fortune 2000 clients with competent technology prowess, quality thrust and professionalism.

After a clear Introspection, GMI moved on to identify the potential global markets to expand business penetration. GMI successfully reduced its business risk by building a healthy portfolio of business operations in-terms of geography penetration. GMI found North America, Europe (Euro Space) and Middle East as potential markets and entered successfully. To deliver offshore assignments effectively GMI framed G'Pro - Global Delivery Model. GMI brand experts engaged in giving corporate look to GMI as "GMI" with a new theme - Brain Works. GMI's commitment to "Customer Delight" helped in improving repeated business. With a positive note of healthy new client acquisition and client retention rate, GMI moved on to top 100 Indian software developers.

Steady economy and exponential market growth motivated GMI to expand further with disciplined approach. This corporate re-structuring assisted GMI to streamline its core focus on Entertainment Solutions.
