As SEO professionals, candidate should have an excellent knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, Internet marketing, and general awareness of the Web2.0, social media trends and networking sites. Working within the Marketing Departments guidelines and goals, candidate will help to promote our websites, create blogs, create back links, manage Facebook and Twitter campaigns, email campaigns, create and post You Tube video, create and post Podcasts, do email campaigns, SEO work on Google, yahoo, Digg, Delicious, Stumbleupon and other popular sites Most importantly, candidate should enjoy and be absolutely passionate about Online Marketing.
Key Skills:
- Previous work experience in Search Engine optimization is must.
- Good understanding of SEO and search engine marketing, experience working within Social Networks
- Experience in working with Social Media Optimizations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong command over English.
- Responsible for Website Analysis, Keywords Research & Analysis, Competitors analysis, Title Tag Optimization, Meta Tag optimization, Content optimization, W3c validation, Image & hyperlink optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML and other web design languages preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics and other traffic tracking and conversion software.
- Hands-on experience with Word Press preferred.
- Knowledge of basic MS Office programs and web design programs such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc. preferred

Candidate needs to be any graduate (B.Sc/BE/B.Tech) from a reputed institute. Any management degree or post graduation would be an added advantage. 2+yrs years of relevant experience and must have proven expertise in respective technologies. Should have good understanding of architecture and design. Effective written and oral communication skills are vital requirements for the candidature to be considered. Exposure to CMM/CMMI/ISO standards is desirable. Responsibilities will include leading a small team of 2 or 3 people in the development of software modules, documentation, QA co-ordination and Unit/Integration testing.
