Shivprasad Bagwe

Prasad is a passionate believer in people contributing to the Organization, having led HR strategies from the front. Delivering customer and business benefits to build on GMI's commitment to its people and to deliver promise to our customers is the prime driving force behind all his initiatives.

He plays a significant role in empowering GMI technical team with competence acquisitions at right time. Knowledge Management is his favorite phrase and Prasad loves consulting young career-seekers.

Prasad has an engineering background from Mumbai University and diploma in Human Resource Management. He also takes regular part time sessions on HR sessions in various management schools.
