Jayesh Lakshmanan established a process oriented delivery track at GMI to efficiently execute outsourcing assignments from global clients. He designed UAD Mantra, a tailor made internal process on SEI-CMMi level principles to give quality touch to GMI solutions. His expertise in executing and delivering large-scale international projects empowers GMI to cater international fortune 2000 conglomerates. Jayesh plays a pivotal role in designing GMI's Entertainment solutions offering mix and technology acquisitions to strengthen GMI's competence mix. He has penned number of technical white papers, articles and research papers. He is an avid reader and loves to explore new technologies and get updated. Athletic and sporty Jayesh spends his free time exploring adventurous trekking spots in addition to serving as the unofficial leader of GMI's biker club.
